About the Role
- GTM Engineering sits at the intersection of growth, marketing, and engineering. You'll use AI tools and code to accelerate 5C Network's go-to-market — automating outreach, building marketing pipelines, analyzing conversion data, and creating tools that help the sales and marketing teams move faster.
- This is not a traditional marketing internship. You'll write code, use AI tools (Claude, GPT, automation platforms), and build systems that directly drive business growth.
What You'll Work On
- Build automated outreach and lead nurturing workflows using AI tools and APIs
- Create data-driven marketing experiments — A/B tests, landing page optimization, conversion tracking
- Develop internal tools for the sales team: lead scoring, CRM integrations, reporting dashboards
- Analyze marketing and sales funnel data to identify opportunities and bottlenecks
- Automate repetitive GTM tasks: email sequences, social media posting, competitive monitoring
- Use AI to generate and optimize marketing content at scale
What We Expect from You
- Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or any language — willingness to learn is more important)
- Comfort with AI tools — you should already be using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools in your workflow
- Interest in growth, marketing, and business development (not just engineering)
- Data literacy — comfort with spreadsheets, basic SQL, or analytics tools
- High agency — you identify problems and build solutions without waiting to be told
- Strong written communication skills
