The Role
- You'll build and manage 5C Network's channel partner ecosystem — distributors, resellers, and system integrators who bring our AI teleradiology platform to hospitals and diagnostic centers across India. This is a strategic sales role focused on scaling through partnerships rather than direct selling alone.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners including medical equipment distributors, IT resellers, and healthcare system integrators
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across partner networks
- Build joint go-to-market plans with partners — co-selling, co-marketing, and pipeline management
- Train partner sales teams on 5C's product positioning, competitive differentiation, and demo delivery
- Manage partner performance: set targets, track pipeline, review quarterly results, and course-correct
- Resolve channel conflicts and ensure clean territory/account alignment between direct and indirect sales
- Represent 5C at partner events, medical conferences, and industry forums
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in channel sales or partner management in healthcare, medical devices, or health-tech
- Established network of distributors, resellers, or system integrators in the Indian healthcare market
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs that deliver measurable revenue
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and decision-making hierarchies
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel across India to meet partners and attend events
