The Role

  • You'll lead 5C Network's government sales vertical — selling our AI teleradiology platform to state and central government hospitals, public health programs, and government-funded diagnostic networks. India's public healthcare system is rapidly adopting digital radiology, and this role puts you at the center of that transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue government opportunities: state tenders, central health schemes, PPP models, and government hospital procurement
  • Build relationships with government health officials, district medical officers, and public hospital administrators
  • Navigate government procurement processes — GeM (Government e-Marketplace), state tender portals, and RFP/RFQ processes
  • Prepare compelling proposals, tender documents, and presentations tailored to government evaluation criteria
  • Coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure compliance with government technical specifications
  • Track and manage a pipeline of government opportunities with accurate forecasting
  • Represent 5C at government health conferences, trade shows, and stakeholder meetings

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in government sales in healthcare, medical devices, or health-tech
  • Deep understanding of Indian government procurement processes (GeM, state tenders, NICSI, NIC)
  • Established relationships with government health officials and hospital administrators
  • Experience selling to district hospitals, medical colleges, or public health programs
  • Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India
  • Understanding of teleradiology and AI in healthcare is a significant advantage
