About the Role
- As an Inside Sales Executive at 5C Network, you will drive our growth by identifying potential hospital and diagnostic center partners, engaging with decision-makers, and guiding them through the sales process. You'll demonstrate how our AI-powered teleradiology platform can solve their radiology workflow challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential hospital and diagnostic center partners through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with hospital administrators and radiology department heads to understand their needs and present 5C's AI teleradiology solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate CRM updates. Track progress towards sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Develop deep understanding of 5C's AI radiology platform, staying current with industry trends. Communicate product value effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with field sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Negotiation and Closing: Navigate the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in healthcare or technology.
- Understanding of the healthcare market, particularly teleradiology and AI applications, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
