The Role
- You'll own a geographic region and be responsible for acquiring new hospital and diagnostic center partners for 5C Network's AI teleradiology platform. This is a field sales role — you'll spend most of your time meeting hospital administrators, radiology department heads, and diagnostic center owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a defined territory — build pipeline, close deals, and expand 5C's footprint in your region
- Identify and engage hospitals and diagnostic centers that need radiology reporting solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to hospital leadership and radiology teams
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals that meet revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts — drive upselling and retention
- Collaborate with inside sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction
- Report on territory performance: pipeline, revenue forecasts, competitive intelligence, and market trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of field sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, health-tech, or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a territory-based role
- Strong relationships or ability to build relationships with hospital decision-makers
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Comfortable with extensive travel within your region
- Experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes
- Understanding of radiology or teleradiology is a strong advantage
