Build the AI-native radiology company.
We are hiring for three roles: engineers who build the computer vision models that read the scan, engineers who build the vision-language models that write the clinical language, and radiologists who define the ground truth both are measured against. Small team, unusually high ownership, one evaluation loop.

Applied AI
2 rolesMember of Technical Staff roles for Computer Vision Models and Vision-Language Models: models that read the scan, and multimodal models that turn image evidence into clinical language — grounded, evaluated against radiologist ground truth, and shipped inside production agent harnesses. Shipped model behaviour, not papers.
Clinical Benchmarks
1 openingNMC-registered radiologists who define the gold standard the AI is measured against: benchmark datasets, adjudication protocols, and ground-truth labeling standards for Bionic's models. Your expertise, amplified — the radiologist who teaches machines what excellent looks like.

Member of Technical Staff — Computer Vision Models
Computer vision at 5C is one high-bar role: Member of Technical Staff — Computer Vision Models. It is for builders who can take medical imaging AI from data and experiments to production systems used in clinical workflows. We are an applied AI team, not a research lab.
Member of Technical Staff — Vision-Language Models
5C is building vision-language models for radiology — multimodal models that read CT, MRI, and X-ray studies and produce clinical language: findings, impressions, and structured report content a radiologist can verify and sign. This role owns that model behaviour, end to end, in production.
Radiologist — Clinical Benchmarks
1 role5C's AI is judged against what its radiologists say is correct. This role owns that standard. You will design the gold-standard benchmark datasets, adjudication protocols, and ground-truth labeling standards that Bionic's models are measured against — turning clinical judgment into evaluation the Applied AI team can build to.
What we look for
Proof of work, high learning rate, AI-tool fluency, strong fundamentals, and ownership under ambiguity.
What helps you stand out
Shipped products, GitHub, open source, customer-facing engineering, production ML, or clear examples of systems you made better.
Joining period
We highly prefer candidates with very short notice periods because these teams are being built immediately.
The Spirit of 5C
Conviction in mission. Engineering in method.
Relentless in Building
We are not optimizing a system. We are replacing it. The world's diagnostic infrastructure is being rebuilt from the inside. We are the ones building it. Every day. Every scan. Until expertise is no longer scarce anywhere on earth.
Precise in Execution
We will process hundreds of thousands of scans a day. The standard will not change. The gap between good and perfect is where lives are decided. We close that gap as if every scan is the only scan.
Answerable to the Patient
Every model we train, every product we ship, every second we save exists for someone we will never meet. They do not need to know our name. They need the right diagnosis. We make that inevitable.
The precision to serve one. The ambition to serve all.
Common questions
What does 5C Network do?
5C Network is an AI-native radiology company. We operate India's largest teleradiology network, reading scans for 2,000+ hospitals and diagnostic centers, and we build the AI products radiologists use to read those scans — Bionic Vision, Bionic Voice, Bionic LM, and Bionic Flow.
Where are 5C Network jobs based?
5C Network is headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. All three current open roles — Member of Technical Staff (Computer Vision Models), Member of Technical Staff (Vision-Language Models), and Radiologist (Clinical Benchmarks) — are based on-site in Bangalore.
Is 5C Network hiring right now?
Yes, for exactly three roles: Member of Technical Staff — Computer Vision Models, Member of Technical Staff — Vision-Language Models, and Radiologist — Clinical Benchmarks. All other openings across engineering, sales, and operations are closed.
Does 5C Network hire remote workers?
The current engineering, AI, and clinical benchmark roles are all on-site in Bangalore. We hire radiologists to read remotely on a separate program — see /radiologists/join. We do not currently hire fully remote engineers outside India.
What is the hiring process at 5C Network?
Apply via the role-specific page on /careers. We review proof of work — shipped systems, GitHub, open-source contributions, customer outcomes — more carefully than resumes. Shortlisted candidates do a technical conversation, a paid take-home or live problem, and final interviews with the hiring manager and a leadership stakeholder. We highly prefer candidates with short notice periods because these teams are being built immediately.
What technologies does 5C Network use?
Engineering: TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, AWS. AI/ML: PyTorch, computer vision, large language models, speech models, retrieval pipelines, and clinical evaluation systems. AI-assisted development with Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex is a baseline expectation, not a perk.
Does 5C Network offer internships?
Yes. 5C Network runs internship programs in Product Engineering, Core Engineering, and GTM Engineering, all based in Bangalore. Intakes are paused while we hire full-time. Email careers@5cnetwork.com to be notified when intern applications reopen. Full details at /careers/interns.
