About the forum

A hospital can add beds, scanners and buildings. Making them work as one is the harder problem. For one evening in Delhi, the people who run India’s hospitals worked on it together.

The CXO Leadership Forum is an invitation-only evening for hospital CEOs, COOs, CIOs and medical directors, hosted by ETHealthWorld in association with 5C Network. Its first edition, on October 9, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Delhi, brought 12 speakers together across six conversations on one theme: building hospital scale with AI-led diagnostics.

The Intelligent
Provider

Healthcare’s next competitive edge. Kalyan opened with a simple question to the room: what’s in a modern hospital?

The work is real

AI-assisted radiology across 2,000+ hospitals and diagnostic centers. A specialist radiologist signs every report.

  1. 01

Ask anyone to picture a modern hospital

In an informal poll of 60 people outside medicine, 54 pictured an MRI machine. Imaging has become shorthand for modern medicine, and AI can widen its role in clinical decisions.

  2. 02

    A classroom for medicine

Anatomy, physiology and pathology meet in a radiology study, paired with an expert’s interpretation. That makes radiology an unusually rich place for AI to learn medicine.

  3. 03

    One patient. Many specialists.

Medicine is organized by organ; the patient lives in one body. A single finding can matter to cardiology, oncology and surgery at once. Radiology sees across those boundaries.

  4. 04

    The unit of value changes

When AI measures, compares and drafts, it does work. The useful question for a hospital becomes the cost of a completed, reviewed study at the required clinical standard.

  5. 05

India can build for the world

Clinical diversity, engineering talent, growing compute and policy support make India a demanding place to build clinical AI, and a credible place to build it for other markets.

The ambition: clinical superintelligence, with radiology as one of its first useful forms.

A long-term goal 5C is building toward, not a capability claimed today. See 5CNet and Bionic.
