Is SuperPACS a cloud PACS or an on-premise PACS?
Cloud. SuperPACS is hosted in the cloud with patient data kept in India, so there are no servers to install or maintain at your hospital. Your modalities send studies to it over standard DICOM, as they would to any PACS.
Do radiologists need to install software to use SuperPACS?
No. Studies open in RadDream, 5C's own browser-based DICOM viewer, so radiologists and referring doctors can read from the hospital, from home or on the move without installing a workstation application.
How does SuperPACS handle storage?
Storage is in the cloud and grows with your study volume, so you do not buy disks upfront or plan a storage refresh every few years. Tell us your volumes and retention policy and we will size it for you.
Does 5C SuperPACS include a RIS?
Yes. Prodigi, 5C Network's AI-native radiology information system, runs the departmental workflow inside SuperPACS. Prodigi is licensed alongside the Bionic Suite as a Class B medical device under India's Medical Devices Rules, 2017 (CDSCO Form MD-5, Licence No. MFG/MD/2025/000449).
Does SuperPACS handle billing and the front desk?
Yes. SuperPACS has a billing counter, a bills register, referring doctors and price lists built in. Raising a bill puts the case straight onto the radiology worklist, so the front desk and the reading room work from the same record instead of two systems.
Can one SuperPACS account run several centres?
Yes. Each centre has its own price list, letterhead and report layout, and the worklist and bills register can show one centre or all of them. Owners see bills, collections and credit due across every centre in one place.
Does SuperPACS come with radiologists, or only software?
Both. Your own radiologists can read on SuperPACS, and 5C's 400+ specialist radiologists are available for overflow, nights or every study. Bionic AI pre-reads each study, a radiologist reviews and signs, and automated quality control checks the report before it goes out.
Can we use 5C without replacing our current PACS?
