Speed, engineering and AI in one viewer

Speed

The fastest viewer out there

A radiologist reading hundreds of studies a day feels every second. RadDream is engineered for speed first: studies open fast, series scroll smoothly and tools respond the moment you reach for them.

Engineering

Built from the ground up, in-house

RadDream is written by 5C's own engineering team, the people who run one of the world's largest radiology networks. Deep imaging engineering, tuned against 20,000+ real studies a day.

AI on the image

Bionic AI where you are looking

Bionic AI findings sit on the image and in a panel beside it, not in a separate app. Open the report editor from the same screen and sign without switching windows.

Zero install

Any browser, and a link instead of a CD

Radiologists, hospital teams and referring doctors open the same viewer in a web browser. Share a study as a link; if it expires, the doctor restores the images from the viewer instead of calling the center.

Advanced visualization

MPR, 3D and fusion, in a browser tab

The tools you would expect from a workstation, without installing one.

  • MPR

Axial, coronal and sagittal reformats from any CT or MRI volume.

  • Curved MPR

Follow a vessel, the spine or any curved structure in a single plane.

  • 3D rendering

Volume-rendered 3D of bones, vessels and anatomy, right in the browser.

  • PET-CT fusion

Overlay PET on CT with adjustable blending to place every uptake precisely.

  • MIP

Maximum intensity projection for vessels, nodules and PET.

  • Hanging protocols

Studies lay themselves out the way each radiologist reads, with priors side by side.

Frequently asked questions

What is RadDream?

RadDream is the radiology image viewer made by 5C Network. It is a DICOM viewer that runs in a web browser, with Bionic AI findings shown on the image and the report editor one click away. Since October 2026 it is the viewer for every study on the 5C platform.

What is a web DICOM viewer?

A web DICOM viewer opens medical images (X-ray, CT, MRI, mammography, PET-CT) stored in the DICOM format directly in a web browser, with no software installed on the computer. It is also called a zero-footprint viewer. RadDream is 5C Network's web DICOM viewer.

Who uses RadDream?

5C's 400+ specialist radiologists read in RadDream every day, and hospitals and diagnostic centers that report with 5C open their studies in it. Referring doctors open shared studies in it from a link.

Do I need to install anything to use RadDream?

No. RadDream runs in a web browser, so there is no workstation software, plugin or CD viewer to install.

What tools does RadDream have?

Window and level, pan, zoom, magnify, scroll and cine, rotate, measurements, annotations, reference lines, hanging protocols, multi-panel layouts, linked and synced series, prior comparison, MPR, curved MPR, 3D rendering, MIP, PET-CT fusion, printing, full screen, keyboard shortcuts and share links.

Is RadDream fast?

Yes. Speed is what RadDream was engineered for first. It is built to be the fastest radiology viewer out there, because 5C's radiologists read thousands of studies a day in it and feel every second.

Does RadDream support MPR, 3D and PET-CT fusion?

Yes. RadDream includes multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), curved MPR, 3D volume rendering, maximum intensity projection (MIP) and PET-CT fusion, all in the browser.

Which modalities does RadDream support?

Every modality 5C reads: X-ray, CT, MRI, mammography, PET-CT and nuclear medicine studies all open in RadDream.

How is RadDream different from other web DICOM viewers?

Most web viewers are bought from a vendor and connected to AI and reporting separately. RadDream is built by 5C with Bionic AI and reporting in the same screen, and it is engineered for speed by the team that runs one of the world's largest radiology networks.

Can we use RadDream at our hospital?

Yes. RadDream comes with 5C's platform: hospitals and diagnostic centers that report with 5C, or run 5C SuperPACS, open their studies in it. Book a demo to see it on your own studies.
