Bone scans, thyroid scans, renal DTPA and DMSA studies, HIDA scans and myocardial perfusion studies are read and signed by credentialed nuclear medicine physicians.

Gamma camera studies are read by the same panel of nuclear medicine physicians, to the same standard, as the Centre's PET-CT work. A bone scan in a district hospital gets the same specialist read as one in a metro cancer centre.
Studies arrive over standard DICOM with the clinical question and any prior scans. The report comes back signed, answering the question that was asked.
