Member of Technical Staff — Computer Vision Models
Computer vision at 5C is one high-bar role: Member of Technical Staff — Computer Vision Models. It is for builders who can take medical imaging AI from data and experiments to production systems used in clinical workflows. We are an applied AI team, not a research lab.
Member of Technical Staff — Vision-Language Models
5C is building vision-language models for radiology — multimodal models that read CT, MRI, and X-ray studies and produce clinical language: findings, impressions, and structured report content a radiologist can verify and sign. This role owns that model behaviour, end to end, in production.
Radiologist — Clinical Benchmarks
1 role5C's AI is judged against what its radiologists say is correct. This role owns that standard. You will design the gold-standard benchmark datasets, adjudication protocols, and ground-truth labeling standards that Bionic's models are measured against — turning clinical judgment into evaluation the Applied AI team can build to.
Regional Sales Manager — Field Sales
Multiple rolesThis is a field sales position. The Regional Sales Manager drives revenue growth within an assigned geographic territory, builds lasting relationships with hospitals and diagnostic centres, and represents 5C Network in the market.
Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
As an Inside Sales Representative, you drive 5C Network's sales effort from the front of the funnel: finding potential customers, engaging prospects, and taking them through the sales process. The job is to build real relationships with healthcare providers, understand what is actually broken in their radiology workflow, and show them how our AI teleradiology solutions fix it.

What is the difference between the field sales and inside sales roles at 5C?
Regional Sales Managers (Field Sales) own a geographic territory and spend the week inside hospitals and diagnostic centres in it — prospecting, negotiating, closing, and growing revenue in that patch. The role needs 5+ years of healthcare sales experience, and teleradiology experience is an advantage. Inside Sales Representatives work from our BTM Layout office in Bangalore and run the front of the funnel: research, outreach, qualification, and closing. Both are target-based B2B sales roles with performance-linked incentives.
