Integration & Technical
Most facilities go live within 72 hours. Our DICOM-compliant system works with any PACS without requiring hardware changes.
We integrate with all major PACS vendors including Philips, GE, Siemens, Fujifilm, and local Indian systems. Any DICOM-compliant system works.
Yes, we're fully DICOM-compliant. Images are transmitted securely using DICOM protocols with TLS encryption.
Yes, we support HL7 and FHIR integrations with hospital information systems and radiology information systems.
A minimum of 10 Mbps upload speed is recommended. For high-volume centers, we recommend 50+ Mbps for optimal performance.
Yes, we provide REST APIs for custom integrations, automated workflows, and third-party application connectivity.
PACS integration follows a simple 3-step process: First, we configure DICOM routing from your PACS to our secure cloud gateway. Second, automatic study forwarding is enabled based on your workflow rules (by modality, referring physician, or study type). Third, completed reports are pushed back to your PACS as DICOM SR or PDF. No hardware installation required—it's a software-level integration completed remotely.
Standard integration takes 5-10 minutes for direct modality connection and up to 72 hours for full PACS-to-PACS integration. We provide dedicated technical support during setup, including after-hours assistance. Most facilities start receiving reports within 24 hours of signing up. Enterprise integrations with multiple locations are typically completed within 1-2 weeks.
Yes, we are completely vendor-neutral. Our platform works with any DICOM-compliant equipment regardless of manufacturer—GE, Siemens, Philips, Canon, Fujifilm, Hitachi, and all Indian modality brands. We integrate with all major PACS systems, HIS, and RIS platforms without requiring you to change your existing infrastructure.
We support all standard medical imaging formats and protocols including DICOM (all versions), HL7 v2.x and FHIR for HIS/RIS integration, DICOM SR for structured reports, and standard image formats (JPEG, PNG) for report key images. All data transmission uses TLS 1.3 encryption and follows IHE integration profiles.
